Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: What shipping services do you use?
A: We use Registered Mail by default for most items which is reliable and safe, but we can use Express Mail Service (EMS) at extra rate at customer request. Please contact us if  you want to use EMS.

Q: How long it takes for delivery?
A: It normally takes from 1 to 3 weeks to Europe and from 2 to 4 weeks to most regions around the world via Registered Mail. But it normally takes from 7 to 12 days via Express Mail Service. EMS has a better tracking system.  We can't ship to Nigeria and Israel.

Q: Do you combine shipping for multiple items?
A: Yes, we usually do depending on the items. Please contact us with your order list of items you like to purchase.

Q: Are all your items original and authentic?
A: Yes.

Q: Do you do wholesale?
A: Only serious buyers accepted.
